If the
program disk / dongle is found defective, within 30 days from the date
of delivery to you as evidenced by a copy of your receipt, you may
return it (at your own cost and risk) the product along with a copy of
your receipt and Accurate Infosoft Pvt. Ltd. will replace it within 15
days from date of receipt of the returned product.
Accurate Infosoft
Pvt Ltd. however, stands to abide by the terms and conditions
stipulated in the license agreement to be referred here and it will be
deemed that the customer has read the license agreement thoroughly and
has agreed to abide by the contents envisaged in the said agreement.
Notwithstanding anything contained contrary in any law no refund shall
be given under any circumstances. |
